We only distribute brands that conform to the strict requirements set forth by the Miami Dade County product control division and carry a Notice of Acceptance (NOA). In order to carry an NOA these products are submitted to quarterly physical property tests and random quality assurance audits ensuring that these NOA'd materials are of high quality. There are a handful of lines in clay and concrete tile that we choose not to carry due to their quality issues as we put our customers first and do not sell any products which we would not use ourselves.
